주말~

finally friday! even though i really don't want time to pass by... and still, i'd love to see all my people in Germany. D:

yesterday was unspectacular. at least classes were...
for culture class we went to a taekwondo place though. it was interesting to try it once~!

in the late afternoon i did my homework and looked up a cd store online. when i found one quite near by it suddenly knocked on my door and a girl invited me to one of the guys' birthday party. i hurried to get ready and we left.

as much sa i would love to talk about certain stuff that happened, i can't, because people might read this. lemme just say, i left when Charlotte finally arrived, she had met up with a friend from the US earlier, and walked home with a quite drunk guy from one of the higher level courses.
it was fun. we got to talk about psychology and stuff. :3

when Charlotte came home we talked about stuff. you know... she had a super interesting evening, because she stayed longer and went to a club and i have no idea what else, but it seems to have been a lot of fun! crazy stories.

today wasn't particularly eventful either. we went to the office after class to pay for the trip to everland. afterwards we went to eat some pasta. it was fun! and tasty, the first real western food we had over here. :D

and soon we'll finally go to the cd store! and then we'll see a b-boy performance later today. :D hope it'll be interesting. and i'll make sure to take some pictures!

woop woop. i will also... maybe... upload stuff later today. :D

note to self: need to get a different purse! ugh...

Guess, where I am?

I know... I haven't posted in ages. Why? Well... Pretty much a few days after my birthday I went to a place called Seoul.
For those of you who don't know where that is, it's the capital of South Korea.
I am staying here for the summer, so all in all for about 5 weeks to study Korean.
Since I haven't blogged at all, I will just sum up what happened here so far.

Arrival
Well... First things first, Lufthansa said I was only allowed to bring one suitcase. So far so good... It was supposed to be 23 Kg. It was 25 Kg. Means I already got here with a way too heavy suitcase.
The flight was pretty uneventful and when I arrived, I just wanted to sleep, because I couldn't sleep at all on the flight.
I rented a phone at the airport (looking back, it wasn't such a clever thing to do, because everyone is getting phones now and yeah...) called people and told them that I arrived safely.
Then, when I went outside, a taxi driver came up to me and asked me where I wanted to go. I told him my University and where the dorm was and asked how much it was. He said 80,000 Won. I said "No way! In the description from school it says 50,000!"
He was quite stunned, I guess, but agreed to let me pay 50,000 plus tollgate fees... I paid 60,000 in total. Later I figured out that he made a loss.. He had a Luxury cab, not a regular one. Anyways...
He let me off on campus, so I had to walk all the way to my dorm, which is off campus, since I didn't get to live in the new one, but in the old shabby dormitory. I didn't care that day. I basically just went there, checked in, took a shower and then finally slept.
Later that evening I knocked at the room next door, since I heard somebody over there after a while. The girl was quite nice. We watched some TV together later that evening and decided to eat breakfast together the next day.

First days.
On Saturday, I ate breakfast with my next door friend, Morgan. Later we went to do some shopping. I got some Etude Lipstick and some Innisfree masks. Also some BBcream.
We went to Myungdeong and Hongdae (we also obtaiend T-Money cards on the way) which are fun places to hang out and do shopping at. We also got to a cat cafe. Which is one of the most awesome places I've ever been to!
When we returned, my roommate had arrived. Turned out she was a pretty awesome girl named Charlotte. Morgan's roommate was also there, a girl from Britain. We got dinner together and then went out to Noraebang. It was quite epic! :D Noraebang in the second night that I got to Seoul. I had tons of fun.
The next day I spent going to the airport. I went through Incheon station, which wasn't a great idea, because taking a bus from Seoul is much quicker. But oh well. We all make mistakes, don't we? I had to get my phone unlocked though, that I locked by accident... Anyways. At Incheon station some Drama was filmed. It wasn't too funny and nothing fabulous.. But whatever, I saw a Drama filming site.
Besides that, I think I didn't do much.

The first day at Univeristy.
So, on monday we got up early, to take that test that determined in which class we would be. It took me quite a while and still only got into the 1B class. But oh well. The class fits me quite well, I think.
Besides the test, there was also an Interview... Which was quite hilarious, because I had to lie... since I didn't really know how to reply to some questions... But I really wanted to make conversation...
They also had a big presentation about the whole program and stuff. So that filled our morning and afternoon. We had our first culture class as well. It was okay. Nothing big going on there.
In the evening, Charlotte and I went to explore Seoul a little. We went to Hongdae and ended up in some creepy little mall. But when we finally found our way out, we walked around a little more and found the Luxury Noraebang! I was so excited~! We didn't want to pay for such a special room with only the two of us though, so we went to a smaller Noraebang across the street, to celebrate the taken exam and the beginning of the program. x3
We went home pretty soon after.
Classes.
So far, I like all my teachers. My class is alright as well. That tuesday, we spent introducing ourselves and doing reviews about stuff we should now. Turned out, some people were not in the right level, so they left after that day or wednesday.
I also got a small cold, that got worse and better randomly doing the day. Which was quite annoying.
I figured out quite fast, that my least favorite class would be writing... Because that's where I'm the worst at.
Anyways... On Wednesday, we decided to go out with one of Charlotte's classmate (she's two levels up from my class) and Morgan also went along. We met one of his friends somewhere around Myungdeong and went to eat Samgyeopsal. It was so delicious~!
Initially, we planned to go back to Sinchon, find some bar to hang out at and then go back to the dorm, since we had to be in before 12.30 (curfews aren't fun!) but everything came differently...
We met some guys who were randomly strolling around in Sinchon, but who we knew through the program. One of them was in my class, but moved up recently. So they went to a place called Chicken and Beer with us. Which was interesting. Korean beer is... I don't know.... Not my thing.
Anyways, we had some beer and some Soju... It was nice. Some Korean and Korean American people joined us... And after a while, we just felt lik staying out all night.
Long story short, we didn't make the curfew and stayed out all night, going to some club and some Noraebang nearby. In the end, we got to our room at 5 am and just slept until 8 am. When I got up, I didn't feel good (part hungover, part the cold) and I decided, that I would better stay home that day.
I woke up for the writing class, attended it, since I still suck at writing, and went back to the dorm, to sleep some more.
In the evening, I took a walk with Charlotte, just to the station, and we went to some second hand CD and Bookstore. Book Off. They mainly have Japanese stuff, but I also found the third G.O.D. album and Son Hoyoung's Album, which I bought~! Afterwards we went to a stationary store, but that was mostly it. Didn't do much more.
I just realized that I got some stuff mixed up, because at some point, I also went to a cafe with Morgan and Charlotte. I think it was on sunday. but whatever.

The fieldtrip.
Friday morning we had to get up waaaay to eraly for my liking. We planned on getting breakfast at the bakery, but they only had stuff from the day before. We still got some and each of us also got one ice cream. Melona~!
Then we went to the maingate, where our buses where already waiting for us. Sadly, I wasn't on the same bus as Charlotte... But I slept most of the time anyways, so it was okay.
We first went to see the tomb of one of Korea's kings during the Choseon dynasty (omg... I might be wrong on that... but duh...) and it was quite interesting. Had to do some walking though. We also had lunch around there. Unspectacular Bibimbap. The Kimchi was good though. I sat with a bunch of people I didn't know... But it worked.
Then the others went Rafting... I honestly was waaay to scared to do so. Looking back, I should have done it... But I can't change it no more, so it's alright. Afterwards we went to some big restaurant, where we had dinner. It was delicious. But we didn't have enough time to finish it all.
One of the assistants sat with us. He was quite nice and funny. And he took pictures the whole time!
After the dinner we finally went to the hotel, which was damn awesome! It had some public pool spa water thing in the basement, as well as Noraebang, a PCbang, a bunch of restaurants and a supermarket.
Our room had a balcony, a kitchenette and a separate room that held a bunch of futons to sleep on. It was a whole palace! We first went to Noraebang for a while and then went to one of the guys rooms to play drinking games. Which turned out impossible, since most people where too drunk to understand the rules. So after a while we left with the teachers assistent (who went to party with us the whole time... lol) and went to bed.
Breakfast was an interesting mix of fries and egg. It was continental, I guess.
The next morning we went to Aquaworld. Which turned out to be more like Aquacity... but it was still nice. Charlotte, Morgan and I went to the Spa part with the whole thermal herb bath thing. It was pretty cool! And quite Korean, I guess.
We went to the other part of the place with slides and stuff. There also small jacuzzis with herb and chocolate water in them. So interesting! :3
We got on the bus again and went to eat. We got Samgyetang... Which is pretty much chicken soup (Meaning a whole chicken in some soup) where you have to mix the broth with spices and garlic and so on yourself. It was a nasty thing to eat.... really...
Afterwards, we went to do some more sightseeing. We had a nice look at a temple and then went to a confucian school. It had replicas of traditional Korean houses and everything. We also made a phone charm there. It was quite neat. Both our guides at those places talked English. Even though it was quite funny.
When we were done making our charms, we got to make rice cake ourselves. Outside, with rice and water and a hammer. Don't even ask. It tasted great though!
We got back on the bus, stopped at some resting place on the highway, where we ate some more Bibimbap and then got back to Seoul quite late. We pretty much went straight to bed and slept quite long...

Language Exchange.
On Sunday I met my language Exchange Partner for the first time. She was such an adorable and nice girl! We had a hard time talking, but it worked after a while. She studies German, but hasn't been learning much until now. So we're gonna work on that!
Afterwards I went out with Charlotte again and we met Morgan and a French girl (whose name I forgot) on the way. We went to Etude and I got some more cosmetics! :3 Then we went back home.

Monday.
Classes were alright... In the afternoon we learned how to text in Korean. That part was fun!
We also signed up for the school activities, such as Everland and SBS Inkigayo~!
Also, Charlotte found out about the fact, that she wasn't able to withdraw money... So we didn't really to much anymore, since she was pretty much bankrupt for then...

Tuesday.
We learned how to type in Korean in culture class. It was great and I feel like I am finally getting better! :3
Besides that, nothing much happened.

Wednesday.
Aaaand... I caught up with ecerything. Today... Mhhh.. I made a fan today. Okay, I didn't make it, but I decorated it. As well, as some sort of... uhm... bowl? I don't know.
We also had some quiz today... Yeah... Next time I'll study harder! I promise...
Anyways, now I'll go to dinner soon and then later go out with Charlotte again to get some snacks and do some coffee shop studying. It's gonna be fun, I hope~!
I'll tryp to keep this up to date from now on and I'll put some crappy, unedited pics on flickr or something later.. :3 Have a good day, everyone! <3

I did not and will not spell check this... However, future posts will be checked and corrected again. <3

Of Dating Celebrities and Working late

This is my last week of work! Wow... And with last week, I mean that I'll work until Thursday and then go home to chill... It's such a weird thought. I mean, I've been here for five months, I've spent quite some time with my colleagues (oh well, not in the end) and... yeah.

And now for something completely different.

So Junhyung of Beast is dating Goo Hara of Kara.
Uhuh.
I haven't discussed this with my girl (who happens to be a huge Junhyung fan, naming him as her number one bias in all of k-pop) but I am sure that we'll agree on thinking that it's good for him.

Relationships usually (at least in the beginning) help you release stress, don't they? So basically, both of them will ease their busy minds a little by going out and being utterly adorable together.
Only thing is, they will barely see each other this summer. Or at least this July. Since Junhyung will be travelling around Asia... (To be fair, since I don't have any interest in Kara, they'll probably be busy as well, right?)

I hope the very best for the two of them, but I think that, as long as they are not completely satisfied with meeting each other once in a while, it'll end like JJong and Miss Shin, which is sad.

To calrify, I don't see how I am eligible to comment on this. But I just wanted to share my thoughts. It's not even an opinion, because really, it's their thing, right?

Last thing I gotta say is... If it were some other idol, I'd act much more immature and pissed... Glad it's him and glad he can handle a woman like her~ Both of them got lucky. He picked the prettiest in Kara. ;3

Bye for now.

Miss Mimura

Sometimes, when I think a few months back, I regret everything that happened so much. But then I think again. And really, I couldn’t do anything about it. It just happened and some people are just that way. They don’t give second chances and they can’t talk things through. They make decisions that hurt others, because it’s the easiest way for them to feel satisfied about themselves…

I am really thankful though for what I got out of this failed and fake friendship in which people weren’t able to tell their real feelings to one another.
I got a real friend, someone I can rely on. Someone, whom I can tell everything,. I haven’t even known her that long, but already really well.

Thank you, girl, for being there and helping me through that whole thing.
Thank you for being who you are, telling me your honest thoughts about things.
Thank you for making time in your schedule for me, even though it’s packed.
Thank you for accepting who I am, without thinking of me badly and badmouthing me behind my back.

I trust you. And I am thankful for having you.

This being said, I kind of hit an all-time-low... Because this summer is going to be awesome. I will finally go to the place of my dreams... But I am going alone, without my love, without my best friends. And what's going to be afterwards? I don't know...

Still, I have these people who support me. Like my love, Maren, and my beautiful friends, Wesley and Miss Mimura... I love you all. Thank you for supporting me at all times. I will try my best to do the same for you.

Lots of Love,
Lyza

SM Town in Paris

Hello everyone. This is not the complete concert report of SM Town, only what happened before and after the concert. If you want to know what happened during the concert, please click here.

Travelling to Paris
Or: The troubles of memorizing times

So on Thursday evening, Maren and I prepared for the trip by finally packing everything together, wearing comfortable close and taking our blankets in the hand luggage. Each of us had one bag and a purse, all in all not too bad or to heavy, perfect for travelling by bus. Maren's mom would drive us to Dortmund so we could catch the Bus at 11:00 pm at the central bus station there.
When we finally got to the train station and absolutely nobody was there, we got a little suspicious and looked at our tickets again… Made sense nobody was there, since our bus left the station at 8:30 pm. Oh well.

Since we went to Paris last year by train, we decided that’s our only way to get there now… First we needed our discount cards (BahnCard 50) that we left at Miss Bee’s place. So her mom drove back to their place and then back to the train station within half an hour. Which is amazingly fast.

We had to take a train to Wuppertal, then to Cologne, where we had to wait for three hours to finally take an ICE to Frankfurt, where we had to change again to get to Paris Gare de l’Est.
Remember that we got to Dortmund at around 11:00 pm? Yeah, exactly… We stayed in Cologne from 01:20 am until around 4:20 am, I think…

First we went outside the station, because the Dome of Cologne is right there. It was super funny, last time we went to Paris we did the same, but forgot to snap a picture. So here it is, the Dome at night. :D

Photobucket

While at the station we also got told by a Spanish guy that Maren wa super hot. He asked if we wanted to go outside with him for a while to smoke and whether she had a boyfriend... So I was like "No fumar. And I am her girlfriend!" Then he asked for us to kiss him (all in Spanglish... >.>) and we said no and ran off...

We snapped one more picture of an adorable chocolate ad there!
It was so funny. :3 Ritter Sport is the brand by the way.

Photobucket

It was terrible, really… But afterwards we were even able to sleep a little on train.

Concert preparation and waiting in front of Le Zenith

Or: Merchandise war and waiting

When we arrived in Paris, Wesley was already waiting for us. So we met up with him, sat down for a while and afterwards went to buy some tickets for the Metro, which took us way longer than expected. Anyways, when we finally got our tickets it was already 11:00 am and so we decided to go to the Parc de la Villette and look how far our hotel was from there.

I think two Metro stations is far enough… and we walked… It wasn’t way too far anyways.
When we got there we were luckily able to check in already, even though it wasn’t twelve yet.
So we went to our room and took turns at taking showers, put on make up, styled our hair (oh well.. if we knew what was going to happen… yeaah…) and packed our stuff for the concert. I also got about 200 glow sticks, since they said light sticks wouldn’t be allowed… Oh well. We took those, some money, little food, our homemade fan signs and went to the Zenith.

Photobucket

When we arrived, at around 2:00 pm we saw what felt like a few million people waiting in front of the Zenith. Turned out it wasn’t so bad. They quickly checked our tickets and let us into the area in front of the building. We watched as they sat up the merchandise stand, just as many other people did… When they said that only people with VIP goody packages and sound check tickets where allowed to buy things we got really sad… And Wesley was still super excited to get something, not for himself though…

We met some really nice Swedish fans who also made signs. One of them was a big fan of Zhou Mi as well and told me that, due to Visa problems, Mi and Henry weren’t there… First big downer of the day, besides not eating enough and no sleep, that is. Anyways, they also told us about many other things, like that they were there when the artist’s bus arrived, that they had sound check tickets, and so much more stuff. The Mi sign was super adorable, btw, a Super Mario Mushroom with Mi’s name in Chinese! D’awwww! She also had an adorable Changmin sign..

Here is an example of the ones we made, Key of SHINee:
Photobucket

While we were still talking to them a little bit, they suddenly announced that everybody could get something from the merchandise stand. When Wesley heard that, he ran to get in line and got us some really nice spots, which was great, since it was first come, first serve, I guess. When we were in the fenced area and people were pushing towards the stand, Maren told me what she wanted (fans… oh well) and I pushed forward. After a few minutes it was first Wesley’s than my turn. He got three fans and I got six, three for Maren, three for myself.

Super Junior's Kyuhyun, Sungmin and Eeteuk:

SHINee's Taemin and Onew:

And SNSD's Sunny:

Intermezzo: Interview with MBC
Or: Too bad I can’t sing a SHINee song. >.>

After getting out of there, some camera crew suddenly approached us and asked for an interview. We happily agreed, of course, what else would we do?

They asked who our favourite artists were from SM Town (I almost blurted out Beast… Maren kinda saved me on this one) and Maren and I replied Super Junior, while Wesley said SHINee, which was really amusing for the woman in the team. She started laughing and asked why that was, since he was a guy. He replied that they are role models to him and she had another nice laugh.

They also asked us where we came from (“Netherlands? Where is that? Is it far?”) and then did something fatal… They wanted us to sing a song… By SHINee. I must say, I really adore the boys, I love Onew to bits and pieces… But I can only blurt out some of the Chorus lines of their most famous songs. D: So we did a messy interpretation of Replay (“Noonan neomu yeppeo… REPLAY, REPLAY, REPLAY”) it was kinda sad.

In the end, they asked us to send a quick message to our favourite stars. I don’t know if it was then or earlier, when they asked for our favourite members. But they also did that. Sungmin, Kyuhyun and Key should feel honoured. :3 We told them we were thankful, yadda, yadda… And so on.

You might wonder, did it go on TV? Yes, it did. 2 seconds of us singing Replay were seemingly aired on TV in Korea. Sadly, a guy is talking while were shown and I look like a ton due to my unfortunate choice of clothing. :D Still. We found the video of Youtube, but it's deleted now, so whenver we find it again, I'll edit it in!

Still waiting in front of Le Zenith

Or: Skinship wars, lots of rain and more waiting

After that, nothing much happened… Until a few little raindrops started falling and we were all like. “Oh, that’s nothing, gonna stop soon!” Ha! The rain had a different opinion… It started pissing like hell and we were lucky we had two umbrellas. One we even gave away to a good looking French guy. :D You are welcome, beautiful stranger.

The mood went down for a while and more and more people approached the Zenith, so it got quite crowded. Since there were too many umbrellas, we still got wet. In between the rain showers, different stations camera teams stood on the roof of the building in front of the waiting area and gave us commands to sing or scream. We did so and waved our SHINee fan signs that can be seen quite well on the footage. At least sometimes.

Everything else is just waiting, passing out the glow sticks to people and more waiting. There were some German’s around us, but since we talked in English most of the time, they didn’t recognize us. And we were too lazy to walk over to them… Not exactly lazy, but we couldn’t do it anyways, way too stuffed there! When it got too cold and boring we listened to music with our phones and sang along. It was nice being there with so many other fans.

I think some time past 6:00 pm the masses started pushing forward towards the entrance.
The entrance control was a joke. They touched my purse once and let us pass. So I regret not taking the light sticks a little… But then again, we had beautiful fan signs that stuck out more than light sticks. :D

We entered the building (another line had formed in front of that and they had to check the tickets again… Then we ran, or better, Wesley ran and pulled me with him.
We got amazing spots, facing the right side of the stage behind, with the walk and the front stage being only five people away from us. And then, we started waiting again. :3

And from there on, you can follow this Concert Report if you want to know what happened during hte concert!

After the concert we went to our Hotel and straight to bed. Well, Wesley took a shower, but he never came back~ I was sleeping deeply when he returned.

China Town
Or: How to empty a fangirl's wallet in the shortest amount of time

The next morning at least Maren and I felt dead. But we still got up at 9:30am, showered, packed and left the hotel to go to China town.
We took the Metro there, walked out of the station and since we did only eat a few snacks since Thursday evening, we decided to eat breakfast... I had a wrap and some orange juice.

Then we started looking for the K-Pop store Wesley had found online. It's called Tai You and if you ever go to Paris and like K-Pop, stop by over there!
We walked and followed the description Wesley had printed out. Of course we missed the store and Wesley asked some girls who had plastic bags with the logo. And think they liked his looks. Really. They were so nice and even walked us there. It was inside a little passage with some other stores in there as well.

Photobucket

They had lots of nice and also (afaik) original stuff. CDs, posters... Oh whatever a fangirls heart would want!
We were so lucky we got there on time, because it was super stuffed after a while.

Photobucket

Anyways... We spent quite some time there and I'm really happy about that, because at first I was willing to buy basically everything! After a while I decided to just buy a few things. I bought a CN Blue, a small one, but I really liked the picture and I couldn't find a CN Blue poster that I really liked.

Photobucket

Maren got some more stuff. I also got two small posters of Beast and FT Island's Seunghyun. I really needed a Seunghyun poster, because the FTI poster on my wall is super old and still has Wonbin on it. I don't have pictures of these posters though.

The girls also told us that there is another store with K-Pop things and CDs in the mall, so after spending quite some money at Tai You we went a little further into the mall and found the other one.

Photobucket

They had even more CDs and posters. But also key and phone charms. And big lightsticks. I think they got their stuff from KpopTown.

Photobucket

We looked through their stuff for a while, but the store was even smaller than the other one and Maren had already bought a phone charm.

Photobucket

So we looked through the posters again, to see if they had any posters the other store didn't have... And we found this.

Photobucket

One of my favorite pictures of Inifinite by far! All of them look so innocent and adorable... Awwww~ Still have to put it on my wall. :D

After spending even more money on K-Pop, we decided to go to some Chinese super markets and then to the other big thing that Paris has and Hamburg doesn't!

The Angelic Pretty store
Or: Over there! Four dresses and three skirts!

We went to the Angelic Pretty Store in Paris, which is located inside a store called Boddywood.
I'm not gonna lie... I was a bit disappointed. At least with the AP stuff they sold. Since I am far from being a Lolita, but still love AP, I was really excited. Only to discover that in the right corner in the back of the store they had few dresses, skirts, some over-knees and a bunch of bags and shoes... Not what I expected. D:

Photobucket

The window outside was really nice though.
And they also had Vivienne Westwood stuff. The store wasn't too bad at all! Just not as AP as I expected it to be... And the sales woman... Oh well, don't get me started. D:

The street was really funny though. There were poles with eyes on them. :D

Photobucket

We still had lots of time to kill... Sooooo~ We went to...

The Disney Store and Champs Elysee

Or: Where the inner geek and inner fangirl had a fest

The magic word is MARVEL! I am a big comic fan and I am Team Marvel. :3
So all the Thor merchandise (Boo! No Loki action figures!) and the general Retro-Marvel stuff made my heart pound faster!
But we didn't take picutres of it. So have some Toy Story pics to make up for it.

Photobucket

Oh and they had Toy Story 3's Barbie and Ken! I got so excited when I saw them and I really wanted them! But what would I do with them anyways? Too expensive~

Photobucket

After this short trip, we went to McDonalds to eat dinner... >.> yeah, exactly. the second time that day... Uhm.
When it finally was time to head for the bus station we walked a little further down to get to the next Metro station... And there it was. I won't say anything else now, just look at the only tourist picture we took in Paris.

Photobucket

Yup... And that is pretty much it. We went to bus station and drove home... I could go in further detail there, but I don't feel like it now...

The weekend was fantastic and I had so much fun! Especially because Wesley and Maren were there.
Thank you for giving me such a good time! :D

SM Town in Paris 2011 [Concert report]

Hello everyone. This is just the report of the concert and nothing surrounding it. If you would like to know what else we did in Paris, what the waiting was like and what happened during our Interview, click here.
I might include pictures late. I also linked to some fancams from Daniela, who said it was okay to do so. I know her via a local K-Pop Fangroup. :D

Also note that everything that is in here is my personal opinion, I tried to keep the report as objective as possible, but as most of you will hopefully understand, it was quite hard to do so.

I went to SM Town in Le Zenith in Paris on the 10th, the first concert.

Without talking around it anymore, here is what happened. Enjoy. :D

I will just tell you how it all started.
With one ridiculously cheap SM Town trailer. Really, when they showed that I was like “WTH is going on here?” But after that weird thing they kicked it off nicely. :D

f(x) entered the stage. And oh my God, I won’t lie, my eyes were glued to Luna first. She looked so amazing. Her hair, her clothes. Please don’t think I’m weird for this, but her thighs were so beautiful! She had this glow to her, that I still cannot place. Her eyes were sparkling… At that moment I realized how close to the stage we actually were.

After pretty much trying to follow Luna for half of the song ("LA chA TA", btw) I finally started looking at the other girls and I was stunned once more, this time by Amber. She is gorgeous! And I really loved the hairstyle she had for the show! The rest were also looking amazing. I never really liked Sulli and Krystal too much, but they were beautiful as well.

After their first song they introduced themselves and the Jung sisters performed Kesha’s “Tik Tok”, which was super cool, since everyone was able to sing along. But I think it was pre-recorded? Correct me there, if I’m wrong! Jessica is so small compared to Krystal, but both of them are way too skinny for my taste. It was still amazing!

Then they did “Chu~ “and suddenly it was SHINee’s turn already! They started off with “Stand by Me”, which is one of their songs that I don’t like too much, but it really didn’t matter! It was amazing to see it live! And right afterwards they did “누난 너무 예뻐 (Replay)” which was super beautiful! Aaah... I did not like all their hairstyles.. Key for example, I don’t know.. But Jjong looked amazing. And Taemin. Just wow. I mean, he looked like he was going to break in two when somebody touched him, but still. Wow.

Also, Maren went crazy when she saw Taemin. Everytime the camera gave him a close up she screamed like hell! He also danced so awesomely. His body tension was incredible. He danced like there was only him in this world! He also sounded really good live, not like I expected him, to be honest. Oh... And his nose. It’s pretty. ;3 That’s everything I’m gonna say about it.

All in all, SHINee really wowed me. Key’s voice was a bit shaky and he didn’t hit every note, but it didn’t matter! The whole performance was perfect. They also went from the stage in the back to the front stage during Replay. They passed us by~ And they all looked so tiny! Ah! Especially Jjong! Still, impressive to rock a stage like that!

Following that was “Get Down”, which I didn’t know... Since I never listened to all their albums. (Yeah, I know, bad fan... meh. ._.) But it was pretty cool! Key rapped and that definitely suited him better than singing. I think it was performed by him and Minho only. (Yeah, my memory got a bit fuzzy there) I really like the song. Gotta look for it, I think. Nice, nice, nice!

Next up was “Juliette” and I have to admit I was a bit confused they through out everything so fast. But it was a nice performance. It took a while, but I think during this song we finally held up our SHINee signs they were too busy performing to see it though.

The next song almost gave me a heart attack and made me realize that we were on the wrong side of the stage. When the lights turned on again, I was able to see Ryeowook, right in front of me, really. Just a few meters away. Then the song started and I knew I was going to see Super Junior KRY. Not my favorite subgroup, since they perform ballads and I usually like faster sounds. But Super Junior is nonetheless my favorite band and this song sent shivers down my spine! It was so beautiful! Kyuhyun was all the way on the other side and Yesung was in the middle... The performed “SORRY, SORRY-Answer”. Sadly not “The Night Chicago Died”, I really loved that one. xD

When their song ended, Lady Gaga started playing and the special stage started. First it was Heechul’s turn, thought he didn’t really do much, which kinda threw me off... I didn’t expect much from him in the first place though, he barely ever tries hard live. He looked pretty hot though!
My highlight in that performance was Eeteuk though, who came on stage with Eunhyuk and Shindong in their “Single Ladies”-outfits. He is such an incredibly beautiful woman! The four of them then did “Crazy in Love” together. Nice. Brilliant. I can’t describe my joy. Eunhyuk was also really beautiful and Shindong did quite well~

Then suddenly Seohyun appeared right in front of us. And again, all the way on the other side, Kyuhyun. Bummer! But they started singing and it was “Way Back Into Love” and it was almost perfect. Seohyun missed two notes or something and yet it was so beautiful. The two of them harmonize so well and the song fit their voices nicely. I was really impressed by Seohyun, since I barely ever noticed her until she started “We got Married” and now, everything she does seems so amazing to me.

From a slow and heartwarming ballad they went to “A-Yo”, which gave me mixed feelings, but it was definitely super amazing! Thinking about it, Eunhyuk was in a lot of special stages. Shindong as well. Mh. Anways, I really, really enjoyed the song. It was fast, loud, a lot of rap. Eunhyuk really stood out though.

Finally SNSD entered the stage! With three songs in a row. First they did “Run Devil Run” which was amazing! These girls are so perfect! During the ment, when they introduced themselves, I was screaming my soul out of my body for Sunny and Hyoyeon. In fact, at least where I was standing, these two got the loudest applause! Also, I noted that there were sooo many male fans surrounding us. I mean, Wesley is a guy as well, but whoah, there were many. I think even a small organized Fanclub from Germany? But I don’t know. They wore pink shirts and spoke German.

During the next two performances (“동화 (My Child)” and “Kissing You”) we waved our signs a lot. And I think it was during “Kissing You” that they all went to different parts of the stage. Sunny stayed in the middle of the little walkway between the stages and performed there. She was only a few meters away. And she was stunningly pretty! She was so petite and yet not too skinny. Just perfect! Aaah... We waved our sign a lot and she looked into our direction, but she didn’t see us and turned around to sing for the audience on the other side... Then, when she turned back, Maren took the sign, jumped up and held it as high as possible. (We probably ruined a bunch of pictures or fancams... But it was so worth it!) Sunny started smiling even brighter, pointed at us, waved and threw us a kiss! Aaaaah! It was so adorable and she was so happy! I squealed so much! Thinking about it, I could scream again! Hahaha~!

That moment, I thought it couldn’t get any better! But then I heard the beginning of “Super Girl” and I lost it and started looking for the Mi and Henry signs we made... I really thought they would be here. When I looked back at the stage I saw a bunch of people, I saw Siwon who stunned me for a second, I saw other faces... But those that I was looking for were missing... They performed the Korean Version, without Mi and Henry, which, of course, I can understand.. But it ever so slightly broke my heart. When I recovered from the shock (it took me about 1.5 seconds) I started cheering for them! Sungmin! I could finally see him!

“No Other” followed, the ultimate feel good song in my opinion. They performed it at the front stage though, so I had to turn around and was only able to see their backs... yet, they were so close. And let me tell you, they have really nice back sides! Sungmin performed fiercely, even though the song didn’t really have that feeling... But he’s usually fierce while on stage!
I think the ment was even before the song, but it was so long and I could barely understand it. They translated everything to French, but I speak even less French than Korean. D: Anyways, some of them introduced themselves in French, it was cute. There was also a KyuMin moment that made me scream~ Teehee.
Eeteuk took a fans camera during the ment and it made me die from jealousy! But we were way too far from the stage to touch them. Still close enough to see their nice backsides. Heehee.

When “No Other” was done, it was SNSD’s turn again. They did the “하하하송 (HaHaHa Song)” and Hyoyeon was at the stage in front of us, while Sooyoung, I think, was on our left. Anyways, after our success with Sunny we felt like it was worth a try and when Hyoyeon looked at the audience in front of her, we held up the sign we made for her as high as possible. And it worked once more! She looked surprised, pointed at us and continued performing.
Hyoyeon look really pretty, especially without that stupid fringe! Her body is so muscular, it’s really amazing!

They also did “힘내! (Way To Go!)” which is not my favorite song, but it was alright. Kinda cute. And every second counted so I was happy they stayed on stage even longer! Beautiful, beautiful women! I am still so impressed with the way they interacted with the audience and still performed so well! I loved it.

Next up was “Miracle” by Super Junior! And I screamed and squealed and almost only had eyes for Sungmin, because he looked so hot and beautiful! Aaaah... It was some tricky Remix version, but oh well. I loved it. They also did “Dancing Out”, which was super adorable! Lemme just say... ‘That’s cool!’

The Syncopation Version of “Genie” still throws me off at the chorus, but what to do. It was still well performed and I think by then they had those glittery golden outfits that looked absolutely amazing on all of them. Again, Sunny’s thighs showed a lot and I was super happy.

During the concert I got the impression that the songs I anticipated the most were always f(x), because they always made me feel so good! Maybe it’s because I didn’t watch too many of their live performances beforehand, not as many as SJ, SNSD or SHINee anyways. So yeah, they did “누예삐오 (NU ABO)” and oh my God, Amber! Wow! I loved her more and more with every performance.

Following that was “Ring Ding Dong” which was really nice and cool to sing along to, but it didn’t feel so special. Yet, SHINee performed so well from what I saw. The remix of “SORRY, SORRY” came afterwards and I must say, singing along at a concert with all these other people. Wow. Just wow. I felt like being part of something big and special. Thank you for making me feel this way, SM Town! Really!

I think it was during the next song that they used the ropes for the first time, wasn’t it? Next was a song that I really didn’t expect to be there, but they performed “돈돈 (Don’t Don)”.. DON’T DON!! I was stunned and amazed and I screamed so hard! And then when Henry’s violin part was supposed to start (yeah, I still didn’t give up on him suddenly appearing and being like ‘Surprise, I made it here just in time!’) Heechul did some weird half-rap, half-screaming thing. I don’t know if they perfect that version of the song before, because I am not well-informed about SuJu anymore, but I didn’t really like it too much. Anyways, Don’t Don is Don’t Don and I was more than happy they did it!

Then f(x) came on stage again and performed one of my current favorite songs “Gangsta Boy”. I think I had only listened to that song once before the concert, but I fell in love when I watched them perform it. It was so adorable and I really like Amber’s parts in there. And again, Luna and Amber were glowing. I remember not liking the outfits they wore so much, I think... Was it with these or the ones before? Anyways, Victoria’s didn’t match the others, if I remember correctly.

Note that I am now using a setlist to remember everything a little better... It was just way too much... And the vagueness in my head is getting worse now.

Uhm.. Three performances by SHINee... “Hello” made me smile so much! It’s such a cute song with such a happy vibe! One of these songs that always cheer me up! I think it was during “Ready or Not” that I reached my personal low of the concert. Because I didn’t know the song and I didn’t have any sleep and everything. So I yawned while clapping and waving my sign and Wesley looked over at me, yelled at me and slapped my shoulder. After that it got slightly better with “A.MI.GO”. But what’s with these Rock Versions? I mean, yeah! Makes the concert more interesting, but really.. I do like the original of “A.MI.GO”... And I think Minho was again in front of us. Waaae... He is, sadly, my least favorite SM Town member!

Moving on to Girls’ Generation again. Next songs were, in my opinion, their highlights of the concert, even though I was too exhausted to really enjoy them. The performed “훗 (Hoot) “ and “Oh!”, looking stunning all the while. I was wondering how they could still be so energetic while I stood in the audience and felt like dying. But they had some breaks and weren’t surrounded by so many people all the time. I still sang along to “Oh!” and I think the fanchants worked quite well for that song. It was then, right? Anyways. I once again realized how many male fans stood around me!

Now to the weirdest, most disturbing and most impressive performance of the evening: Onew singing part of an Opera song. At first I really doubted my ears. But wow. His voice is amazing. And to me he finally proved that his voice range is much bigger than Jjong’s (though Jjong can sing louder and higher). He got so much applause afterwards and even though I don’t listen to Opera music often I think he did quite well.

After that soothing and calming song the performance I am still most hyped up about started: the Dance Battle. It was quite clear to me that Eunhyuk and Taemin would participate in it, so when I saw them, I was like ‘Duh!’. Also Hyoyeon came on stage and I got really excited, wondering who the dancer for f(x) would be and if Yunho would come on stage as well. When I saw f(x)’s dancer, I lost it. LUNA! She was glowing once more. Her orange outfit was super sexy, despite the color that I am not too fund of! Her hair looked amazing, I don’t know if she wore it like that earlier as well, but at that point I recognized it for the first time and loved it!
Then I realized that two of the sexiest women (or girls. *~*) of this concert were performing together on stage! Luna and Hyoyeon, dancing together... God... Highlight, highlight! So amazing!

After a while of these four performing some really, really hot moves, the rest entered the stage. I remember seeing Donghae and Shindong, also Minho. With the girls my memory went more fuzzy, I remember Yoona and Yuri. Just read that Victoria and Sooyoung were also there. It was hot, hot, hot! I really enjoyed that special stage the most out of all and I was all energized and whoa!

I don’t remember a thing about “The Way You Are”... Honestly. And I know that’s bad. I will look for fancams later, but... Yeah. It’s gone from my memorie.

I only remember that all of a sudden TVXQ were there. And I really got so excited again! They performed “Mirotic” with, of course, only the two of them. It was okay, though just two people singing a song that was actually made for five is slightly boring... in my opinion.
Oh, but they were pulled up by those ropes as well! And Yunho (again, wrong side, damn it!) was right above our heads. He was wearing some kind of leggings or tights and by looking up I got a pretty nice view of his bottom... Enough said about that. His outfit reminded me of a Knight. It was pretty weird, to be honest.

“MAXIMUM” was nice. I actually heard it for the first time (shame on me~) and liked it, even though I was slightly confused about it, for whatever reason. “이것만은 알고 가 (Before U Go)” was okay. I had another personal low, but yeah.. Not knowing the songs too well made it hard to enjoy them at times.

Next up was “왜 (Keep Your Head Down)” and I was really excited for the performance, because I really liked the song since the first time I heard it. And wow! I loved the performance! The dancers they had with them were super hot and Changmin was as well. I discovered that I really liked him then. He was so amazing. But he was sweating as hell, while Yunho just easily performed without sweating at all. Really interesting.

Afterwards my boys came back on stage and performed “미인아 (BONAMANA)” Which was a success! They looked so amazing in the white outfits! Aaaaah... Eeteuk and Heechul... AAAAH! And afterwards they did “갈증 (A Man In Love)” which was one of my favorite songs when I watched the first Super Show! They did so many old but amazing songs, I didn’t expect that at all! I kinda thought it would end now, since TVXQ performed and everything. But yeah. Guess what? It didn’t.
Oh... And by the way, Siwon lost his shirt. I think it was then, right? Or was it later? But at first I didn’t even see it... Until I saw it on the big screen and turned around to see him standing there, barely 4 meters away from me! I could write a whole paragraph about how hot he is now. But I’ll refrain from that and just continue. Just look for pictures and you’ll find out!

Since it still wasn’t over... Guess what? They performed their best songs or something, I have no idea what the order of the songs meant, really.
But next up was f(x) with “피노키오 (Danger)”, which still is a fascinating song to me. It’s so messy and yet so good. I couldn’t get enough of Luna and I was happy she was on stage again, sadly, I realized that this was definitely their last stage. Which was okay, since they performed so much! But still. She was still glowing.. Smiling her beautiful smile... Ah.. It was great.

Then it was SHINee’s turn again, they finally performed “Lucifer”... Which to be honest was kinda weird. I mean, they did it nicely at first. Then they were pulled up by those ropes, each at one different part of the stage (except for Jjong, or was he pulled up as well? I don’t even know~) and they had weird Wolverine-esque claws on their arms. Suddenly, when they were up in the air, they started shooting green laser beams from it. Sounds so obscure, right? Yeah, it really was. Maren and I looked at each other and just shrugged. Anyways. Nice view of their... bottoms..

Girl’s Generation did “Gee” which was super amazing! Was it then when everybody did the fanchants? Also, was it during Gee when they wore the white shirts and jeans? I remember seeing Sunny and thinking something along the lines of ‘I’d tap that’. So did the male fans around us, I think.

Super Junior again surprised me by doing “U” as their last song. It felt weird. But still amazing. Not one of my favorite songs. But yet performed nicely. Sungmiiiin. Was it then that he threw the towel into the audience? It was only about one meter away from me, but when I realized what happened, two girls were already fighting over it. And really, I love Sungmin dearly, but I wouldn’t fist fight about a towel drenched in his sweat... Yeah, I regret it now... Don’t judge me.

Last real performance was by TVXQ “Rising Sun”. I have to admit that it’s one of the very few older songs I listened to and liked. So I was a bit excited when they did it. It was nicely done with only the two of them, but you could still tell, that something was missing, in my opinion... Yet, I was amazed at how smooth it went... and about the dancers... Uuuh, they were hot! Especially the blond one.

“SORRY, SORRY” started playing again and I realized that this must be the end of the concert, because everyone came on stage. It was a nice finale but I couldn’t concentrate on anything anymore. So yeah.. I kinda zoned out here and just let stuff happen... The also did “빛 (Hope)” afterwards. Yeah, same thing. Cannot remember much. Some talking, some camera, a lot of screaming... stuff... Watching the big screen. I really can’t put it in words. I just remember that Eeteuk thanked Spain and Italy but not Germany, which made me sad. I think he did the other day though.

After the concert, we went straight to the hotel. I was really hoping for them not to interview us again, because honestly... We looked so terrible.. First the rain, than an almost 4 hour concert!
Since I will make a different post talking about everything around the concert, I will now take a little more time for some general remarks.

f(x)
All I can say is wow. Because they really turned out to be one of the highlights of that evening. I cannot mention often enough how beautiful Luna was. How amazingly hot Amber looked. Their performances were all in all so powerful and I really love the way they dance. They weren’t always in synch, but it was still amazing, really! After this show, I love f(x) and I will follow them more actively.

SHINee
They didn’t stun me as much as other artists did. They still performed nicely and Onew impressed me a lot. Also, I was surprised how good looking Taemin is in real life. He was never my type, but seeing him on stage convinced me a little more. You can also tell that he grew up so much. He doesn’t look like a child anymore at all. I was a little shocked about how skinny all of them looked though. But I guess, that’s what showbiz does to you in Korea.

SNSD
Wow. All of them looked so beautiful on stage. Some of them also looked way too skinny for my taste, especially Yuri, but still so beautiful. I would be scared to break them though. On the other hand, they performed so professionally and still gave the audience a lot of attention during some songs. And that was something especially f(x) still lacked. I enjoyed all their performances and I will never ever forget the ‘special moments’ I shared with Sunny and Hyoyeon. It was a wonderful feeling! They rock!

Super Junior
What can I say? Flawless Oppas are really flawless. :D It was just what I expected to see. It wasn’t more than what I expected either though. Those who really got to me where Sungmin (duh!), Eeteuk and Kyuhyun. They were fierce, adorable and omg so talented! These three were always my favorites and I really know why! To be fair, it’s hard to take in a whole Super Junior performance, when you’re in the audience right in front of the stage. You will always miss something, because there are just too many of them. And still, that’s why it’s so overwhelmingly beautiful. They were my reason to get into K-Pop and now I saw them live. I am more than content.

TVXQ
During the time we spent waiting outside I suddenly got really, really excited to see them in there. And when I finally saw them, I was quite impressed with what they did as a 2 member unit. Especially Changmin finally showed his charms to me~ I think I really fell for him. Haha. Yunho’s dancing is impressive and Chanming’s singing is too. I didn’t like the one time when he screamed into the mic... My ears hurt so much! Also, Yunho’s rapping is okay. But I don’t think he is super talented in that field. (Again, i am not a professional critic or anything!)

The Bright Side
Something I really liked was that, as soon, as the concert started, I didn’t feel the different nationalities anymore! I felt like the whole audience was one and that was beautiful.
I also really have to thank the French ELFs for passing out waterbottles and free banners before the concert. The water might have saved my evening and the Ryeowook banner we got from you is super cute! You are a truly nice example of what a fanclub can do for a concert to support not only their artists, but other fans!
I also liked the fact, that most of the staff we saw around the area spoke good English. When we went to Paris last year, getting around without knowing French was super hard...

The Dark Side
I don’t want to rant about anything, but some things during the concert didn’t went unnoticed.
First of all, Zhou Mi and Henry missing was a real downer for me. But it couldn’t be changed and the show still was so amazing.
Something completely different that I witnessed during the concert made me think. A girl behind me sat down on the floor in the standing area. People tried to pull her over to the side so nobody would step on her, but she refused and stayed there for a while. Then got up again, cheered for Super Junior and sat down after a while. In my opinion, this is something, you should never do at any concert. It is incredibly dangerous and can not only bring you severe injuries but under certain circumstances can even cost your life. I think she had trouble because she didn’t eat or drink enough, but that doesn’t excuse her behaviour in anyway.
Also, some visitors who were in the standing area had giant bags that they place somewhere on the floor. Don’t do that! I almost fell a bunch of times. Besides posing a risk for others, your belongings inside your bag might break!
Last thing was somehow funny. A girl place her camera on my head, still holding it, to take a steady fancam. If you want to take good fancams, why don’t you get a seat somewhere? Because really, the standing area is not about filming, it’s about having fun!

All in all, it was an amazing experience! And I don’t regret going there at all. It was worth the money and the travelling and I hope to see something like this again in Europe soon!

Thank you very much to everyone who made this amazing concert possible!
